I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with over 20 years of experience and provide individual counseling for emerging adults (18 - 25) and adults. I take a collaborative, strength based and holistic approach to counseling to help you find balance, achieve your goals and live a healthier, more fulfilling life. I am very mindful that the same approach does not work for everyone.
I listen carefully to you and tailor my approach to fit what will work best for you. By applying a variety of therapy approaches and techniques, we can gain insight into what may be holding you back from experiencing a more meaningful and fulfilling life. Whether your struggles are in the present, past, acute or chronic, based on long standing unhelpful perceptions or behaviors, or a situation beyond your control, we will work together to better understand the situation.
We will find effective ways to address and cope with challenges in your life, identifying your competencies and strengths so that you can move forward in a more positive way.
