Therapy offers support, guidance and exploration to foster positive, lasting change. Together, we will learn about your needs, desires, and feelings so you can create positive changes in your life. This can help you achieve more intimacy, compassion, and understanding with yourself and those who are important to you. My approach involves looking at the whole child, the interpersonal environment and the interaction between the two.

I believe a key function of therapy is to help children increase mastery and the capacity for resilience by tapping into their innate strength and internal resources. If you are struggling in your relationship or interested in improving your relationship, then now is the right time to learn how to live a more relationally skilled life using couples therapy.

My goal in couples therapy is to help you clear a path toward the type of relationship you seek. Intimate relationships can be one of the greatest gifts in life, but they also can present our greatest challenges.
If you're having problems in your relationship, or you simply feel like your relationship could be better, you're not alone.
When is it time to try couples therapy?
The best time is before major problems occur, even if things seem 'pretty good.'
However, if you're already in the midst of relationship problems, it's never too late to get help.
I provide mental health assessment and testing for children, adolescents, teenagers and adults in New Jersey.
If you believe you or your child suffers from a mental health, developmental, or learning condition, then please contact me to determine whether an assessment could be the first step to resolving your challenge.

Each mental health assessment is based on the client's specific needs and concerns and includes comprehensive treatment recommendations for multiple settings (home, school, work, therapy, etc.).
