For 20 years, I have counseled clients who struggle with depression and anxiety.
I have seen clients struggle with getting out of bed, insomnia or sleeping too much, attending to daily activities, eating too much or not enough, isolating or engaging in unhealthy relationships, and a flood of other emotions that often leave people paralyzed to function properly.
My strengths-based approach to mental health is a collaborative process based on your strengths and assets to determine your outcomes.
I also utilize cognitive-behavioral therapy, focusing on learning new adaptive behaviors and feelings that can replace current ways of thinking and behaving.
