Are relationship struggles or feelings of anxiety and sadness getting in the way of living the life you really want? You may find it difficult to discuss your experience with friends and family. The professional counseling relationship offers a confidential and supportive place where you can tell your story and receive honest feedback to help you sort out the issues.

In practice for over 20 years, I offer a wide range of therapeutic techniques to help you get what you want out of therapy. Most often this involves: relief from painful emotions, improved personal relationships, and increased satisfaction at work. Expect to feel momentum at each counseling session. Therapy involves being carefully listened to as you express exactly how you feel--even if you have difficulty putting these ideas into words.

Insight-oriented and cognitive techniques will enable you to identify and change self-defeating patterns. This dynamic process engages your strengths and healing potential; stopping past issues from limiting the fullness of your present life.

A: The fee is $150 for a 50 minute session, couples and families are $180.00.
Clients typically come for a weekly session.
However, since each person has unique needs and their own individual style, we can collaborate to work out a flexible approach that fits for you.
Questions, choices, concerns and changes are all a normal part of life.
Sometimes we can work through them on our own or with the help of friends and family.
Sometimes, they can feel too private, overwhelming or complicated to share with someone we know.
The people who provide us support can also be part of what's bothering you.
When this is case, talking to a professional can provide a safe, neutral, confidential setting to explore your concerns and move toward making changes to improve your situation.
