Founded by Dudley Bienvenu and serving Acadiana since 1990, Bienvenu Counseling Services, is a 501c non-profit, Christian organization whose mission is to strengthen and support individuals, marriages, and families through professional Christian counseling, enrichment seminars, and educational resources. We offer individual, couple, and family counseling for adults, adolescents, and children at our Lafayette office as well as through teletherapy and phone sessions.
Our clinicians are highly skilled and experienced in helping people with wide range of issues and problems.
Our specialty areas include marriage therapy, anxiety, depression, trauma resolution, addiction, grief, and spiritual direction.
Our fees range from $160 to $250 per hour depending on the clinician and type of therapy chosen.

Having received both a BS in Psychology and a Masters in Social Work from Louisiana State University, his specialty areas include individual psychotherapy, marriage counseling, and substance abuse.

Mike is a Licensed Addictions Counselor for the past 36 years, a Board Certified Biblical Counselor for the past 12 years and an Ordained Deacon in the Diocese of Lafayette.
