In 1996, Jolene Dalluhn and Debra Kamka met while working together at a local addiction treatment center.
Both Dalluhn and Kamka are Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselors who received their master's degrees in Counseling and Educational Psychology from the University of Nevada, Reno.
They discovered a shared dedication and true passion to serve the community and, in December of 2002, decided to embark on opening a small treatment center in Reno.
Just a month later in January of 2003, Quest Counseling and Consulting, Inc. opened its doors.

Provide services for mothers in recovery through our Neonatal Abstinence Syndrome Prevention Program.
Distribute Narcan to clients, friends or family members of clients, and the community through outreach events and in the office.
Offer diverse evidence-based services including Multi-Dimensional Family Therapy (MDFT) and Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

While the adolescent is in treatment, families will be an integral part of the recovery process.
Family counseling and other activities will provide families with the opportunity to practice new ways of relating to each other to promote change.
Educational groups regarding addiction is also offered to family members.

Parents of adult and adolescent addicts can help one another through their grief and anxiety, while learning together skills to support and create healthy boundaries with their children.
This group is also open to anyone in a care-giving position who is struggling with these issues.
