My team and I have just created a comprehensive guidebook specifically for those completing an education with a chronic condition.
Inside this online guide, you will find information for several conditions including - asthma, celiacs, epilepsy, and diabetes, tools for how to manage these conditions while in school, and expert advice pieces for students to read.
It's a student's guide to obsessive compulsive disorder with some resources of how to get help and cope with school.
As an educator with over 45 years of experience, I am always looking for the best people to work with as I help students.
I have worked with Dr. Myra Burgee for many years and find her to be the best at assessing a student's true talents and needs.
She is very professional, quick to complete the work, and her reports help families to determine the appropriate educational setting, and IEP, or 504 Plan (if needed).
She provides other sources to help parents better understand the child's needs.
Every client I have referred to Dr. Burgee tells me that the experience was excellent and the child was very comfortable.
This means that clients are responsible for the full fee at the time of service.
Dr. Burgee recommends that you contact your insurance company directly to inquire about possible partial reimbursement based upon your policy, deductibles and coverage.
Below are tips when talking to your insurance company.
Do I have mental or behavioral health policy that includes Psychological Assessment/Testing?.
