Many teens are facing so much turmoil and confusion in the world today and often do not have a resource to confide in.
We use a combination of active listening, artistic expression, physical activity and talk therapy to relate and connect with your teen.
Through individual counseling we help adult women come to a better understanding of what they need to find happiness and to empower them to overcome obstacles in their path.

During adolescence the transition from childhood to adulthood is most important.
Children are becoming more independent, and begin to look at the future in terms of career, relationships, families, housing, etc.
The individual wants to belong to a society and fit in.
Sometimes this is hard and teens need or desire a support group, peer, role model and/or confident.
Counseling can help with this by offering support and guidance for many challenges teens are facing today!
