I've been helping individuals and couples for 25 years to improve relationships, heal from trauma and abuse, eliminate self-destructive behavior patterns, overcome codependency and addiction, and generally feel more secure. As a therapist, I am interactive, down-to-earth and practical. My core belief as a therapist is that change and growth are an inside job. When people feel unhappy they often look to other people, career, money or substances to make themselves feel better, but this doesn't work long-term and creates dependencies that harm them. When we look inside ourselves, we discover our struggles are often rooted in childhood experiences and less than ideal parenting and attachment patterns.
Revealing, resolving and moving beyond these historical wounds and identifying and eliminating the destructive beliefs and behaviors the wounds created is where growth happens and your authentic self emerges.

My fee is $180.00 per session.
I am out-of-network for all insurance however I can provide you with a receipt after payment if you care to submit it to your insurance carrier for potential reimbursement.
I accept cash, check, and credit cards (including HSAs) for payment.
My office is located at 925 Lincoln Street Denver, CO 80203 in the Beauvallon Building.
You may park for free in either parking garage located underneath the building.
Exit the garage and then enter into the lobby located just south of Di Franco's restaurant.
