For the past 5 years or so I have been considering therapy, always afraid of the stigma that was placed on people who went to therapy.
I realized I needed an outside person to talk to.
I was able to get things off my mind and it was the best thing for me.
I have learned more about myself.
I finally feel happy again.
Thank you a million.
After coming to Aspire for 2 months, I am looking at life differently.
You might say that I have new eyes.
Anxiety and depression have been issues for a large part of my life.

Seeking out therapy is an individual choice.
There are many reasons why people come to therapy.
Sometimes it is to deal with long-standing psychological issues, or problems with anxiety or depression.
Other times it is in response to unexpected changes in one's life such as a divorce or work transition.
Many seek the advice of a therapist as they pursue their own personal exploration and growth.
Working with a therapist can help provide insight, support and new strategies for all types of life challenges.
