Welcome to my website and to an opportunity to invest in your well-being. Psychotherapy will help improve your emotional health and develop more satisfying experiences in life. For over twenty years, I have worked collaboratively with individuals to help them achieve their personal goals. To me, nothing is as exciting as supporting and witnessing my clients' achievements.

Every person is able to overcome obstacles. I am here to see you through that process. Whatever your challenges, we will move together carefully and consciously in an open, non-judgmental and respectful environment. The process of change may happen subtly and steadily or a realization can burst into a huge leap forward. As insight and strength grow, you will be naturally inspired to make positive, concrete changes.

My specialty lies in empowering others. My ability to listen with intent, clarify, and collaborate leads to the development of a client's vision. Intense in focus, I work to accurately assess and simplify problems.
