I believe that life isn't meant to be lived alone and that we reach our greatest potential when we have others to support us. If you need help getting back on track in your life, then you have come to the right place. I strive to help you find balance that allows you to enjoy your life and renew yourself, relationships, and family as a result. But most importantly, we will work together to discover the root of your presenting concerns and how to heal from them.

Then with the appropriate tools for life, you can tackle whatever gets thrown at you in the future! I'll be with you and hold your hand each step of the way as you develop a strong foundation in your life. Step by Step Counseling offers online therapy to individuals within the state of North Carolina.
Services
Are you searching for a change?
Inwardly you may feel as if your life is headed in the wrong direction, but life isn't meant to be lived alone!
Without a caring family, community, or friends to turn to, we lack the connection with others that we all need.
However, in order to feel connected with others, we first need to be connected with ourselves.
I strive to help clients find balance that allows them to enjoy their lives and renew themselves, relationships, and family as a result.
I believe that everyone needs to find their sense of belonging and significance in their environment, which we will discuss in therapy.
All appointments are online via telehealth!
In case of prior approval for an in-office appointment, our office is located off of Highway 42 in Clayton, North Carolina, in the office park of Cauley & Hill.
Once you enter the office park, turn right and we are located in the white building.
There is a Transitions LifeCare Sign above our entrance.
Step by Step Counseling Services is located directly up the stairway.
We look forward to seeing you soon.
I see men and women ranging from ages 10 to 65+ for a variety of reasons including feeling unhappy, sadness, worried, hopelessness, or anger.
People may also seek out counseling in order to change certain behavior patterns or for troubling situations affecting their lives.
Some people seek counseling because they have a life goal that has been eluding them and they are ready to explore their barriers.
Other people seek out counseling because they know they are going through a difficult time or facing a difficult decision.
