Then therapy is likely the right choice for you. You have the option of receiving your services in a warm and inviting office or from the comfort of your home via a secure video service. Many therapists, counselors and social workers provide clinical services to culturally and socially diverse communities.
These communities often experience significantly impoverished outcomes and reduced access to mental health services, due to well documented mental healthcare disparities.
