Reset Brain and Body is an integrative mental health care practice with a passion for redefining how people experience this work. Going beyond just talking, Reset integrates individualized mind-body practices to help each client sustain positive change and live their most fulfilled, empowered and healthy lives. At Reset, we believe that mental health care is not just for crises, nor is it a one-size-fits-all approach.

I knew I needed something that I would believe in and I could build into my life for the long-term. My favorite part has been learning that I have a choice in how I look at and deal with different events in my life. Personally, I come because I know it works, and how effective this can be for overall wellness and stress reduction.
Services
Bethany earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan in Biopsychology, Cognition, and Neuroscience before pursuing a career as a medical provider.
Through her experiences working in an acute care hospital and serving as a volunteer at a hospice organization, she came to realize that her passion for helping others heal was better aligned with guiding clients toward holistic health and well-being through mental health care.
Blaise is passionate about helping others live their lives intentionally and authentically.

Our team specializes in combining mental health talk therapy and the scientific benefits of the mind-body connection to address your mental well-being holistically.
We believe that mental health care is not a one-size-fits-all system.
The root of integrative is integral, meaning "to render (something) whole, bring together the parts of".

Our programs represent the values we are bringing to our community, centered around education and integrative methods for emotional wellness.
