Life is full of changes. We often struggle with changes at work, relationships, family, losses or financial hardship. How do we bounce back from disappointments, disasters, trauma and other adversities? Most of us benefit from connecting with others. Turning to others for support is a source of strength which builds resilience. Learning how to understand our own emotions and connecting with others is part of the journey of life.
I am here to support you through this journey in a safe and confidential environment with many years of experience working with diverse populations from children to the elderly of different cultures and backgrounds.
