Services
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan.
I am an in-network approved provider with Carefirst Blue Cross Blue Shield.
Although I do not participate with any other insurance companies, I will provide you with the necessary documentation that your insurance company requires to reimburse you for my services.
I can also provide you with a yearly statement to be used for your income taxes or medical savings account.
Payment is made at the time of service either by check or cash.
