I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, the owner of Root To Rise Counseling, and a mom.
I specialize in prenatal and postpartum counseling, including people who have experienced birth trauma, pregnancy loss, and fertility issues.
I work to support the mother during every experience - through pregnancy, loss, fertility complications, labor and delivery, the postpartum period, and beyond.
Whether you're a first-time mom or a fourth-time mom, an infertility warrior or a grieving mother, I am here for you.
