Carla is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, MH5654, and owner of InnerWorks Counseling, LLC. She received her training for Mental Health Counseling at Webster University in Central Florida. She has approached her work with an open heart and an open mind for over 15 years. She has worked in the past with the Disability Department at Full Sail University and with Centaur's Intervention Services.
The use of body centeredness, also known as emotional centered therapy, has been an integral part of helping her clients find balance in their lives and work through some of the difficulties that they may face. Carla is aware that the willingness to start opening up and dealing with emotions is the first step in finding solutions, to whatever concerns the client.
