I graduated with a B.A degree in Psychology from Loyola Marymount University and completed my M.S degree in Counseling Psychology from Mount Saint Mary's College. I am a current member of the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists. I have been working in the counseling field since 2010 and have been licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist since 2015.
During that time, I have been able to work with foster youth to youth needing guidance in elementary and high schools. I have experience working in a variety of areas such as trauma, oppositional behaviors, anxiety, and depression. I am certified in using evidence based practices (such as PEI MAP, PEI trauma, and PEI Seeking Safety) that help guide the interventions that I use with my clients.
I am currently a therapist in training for EMDR therapy. If you wish to learn more about EMDR therapy, please visit the tab located towards the top of the webpage. I currently work with adults and children and can understand the overwhelming feelings that prevent them from reaching their full potential.

In circumstances where hardship is a factor, a psychosocial assessment can help you with a case before the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).
The individuals seeking asylum and other related forms of relief bear the burden of proof.
