If you have a flex spending account through your employer we can accept that for payment of co-pays, deductibles and all private pay options.
There is no expiration date on the visits and they can be used at any time.
There is no refund for partially unused packages.
If a patient does not want to use their remaining visits for whatever reason they may transfer them to a friend or family member.
Refunding a full, unused package is determined on a case by case basis by the Nutrition Director.
