I work with couples to manage conflict and communicate more effectively. I also work with marital issues such as infidelity, intimacy issues, and navigating stressful parenting. Anxiety and depression can infiltrate all aspects of our lives if we don't have the right tools. When we learn how to cope in healthy ways, we can decrease the impact. I work with you to develop mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Dialectical Therapy skills to challenge those unhealthy thoughts and feelings.
