Services
After 25 years of working with adolescents and substance abuse in a variety of settings, I now have happily broadened my scope of practice to include collegiate-aged and adult clientele.
My approach is client centered and focused on the whole person; mind, body and spirit.
Having completed four years of spiritual direction training I utilize that as well as foundational training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy.
I currently offer individual, group and family counseling.
As a Licensed Professional Counselor I am commited to helping individuals make positive changes in their lives.

What is the purpose of therapy?
There are a variety of things that may cause a person to consider therapy, some of these are: long-standing issues such as addiction, problems with anxiety, depression or perhaps an unexpected change in one's life such as death, a divorce or work transition.
Some people utilize a therapist as they pursue their own personal exploration and/or spiritual growth.
Coming to therapy can help provide insight, support, and new ways of coping with all types of challenges.
