At EVE Counseling & Coaching we believe that several ingredients are required for emotional balance: readiness to explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors about yourself, your environment, and the key people in your life; willingness to learn new coping skills; and a counselor who is compassionate to the fear and anxiety that often accompanies personal growth and exploration.
This process can occur during individual, group, or couples therapy or a combination of counseling options.

From 2008 to 2018 the women's civilian labor force is projected to increase by 9.0 percent, or 6,462,000.
The number of women aged 65 to 74 in the civilian labor force is projected to increase more than the number of women in any other age group-increasing by 89.8 percent, or 2,030,000.
Women now make up close to 60% of the work force.
The majority of a woman's daytime hours are spent outside of the home working.

Our groups are facilitated by a Licensed Professional Counselor.
At EVE Counseling & Coaching we value your time so we designed personal growth groups that deliver maximum content in a limited amount of time.
Select from either our early morning 7:45 to 8:15 a.m.
Eye Opener Group or our Grab-and-Go 12:15 to 12:45 p.m. group.
Group members are given a worksheet or homework assignment from the counselor to complete prior to the second group meeting.
Our groups are facilitated by a Licensed Professional Counselor.

In addition, many clients find that our services are covered through their health insurance plan's out-of-network benefits.
Your counselor can provide a monthly statement that you can submit to your insurance provider if you have out-of-network benefits.
We recommend that you contact your insurance company prior to your initial appointment with your counselor so that you are aware of your coverage and financial obligation such as co-payments.
