David Waters has over twenty years of experience in addiction treatment, anger management, domestic violence intervention, mental health, and family counseling.

In addition to a private counseling practice in which he has helped guide hundreds of individuals and families to a better and non-violent way of living and relating, he has served as executive director of numerous non-profit & faith-based organizations serving homeless, addicted, veterans, domestic violence victims & perpetrators, developmentally disabled, youth, and many others.

Mr. Waters earned his Master of Social Work from the University of Kentucky, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and a Licensed Clinical Alcohol & Drug Counselor.David Waters is a great person to seek if you're looking to divert from a bumpy road in life, individually or as a family. The mission of Crossroads Counseling Services is to promote the health and wellness of the communities in which we serve, by providing the highest quality mental health counseling to families, children, and adults, who suffer the effects of domestic violence, relationship struggles, substance abuse, and other mental health distress.

We at Crossroads Counseling Services believe that good mental health is critical to successful and healthy relationships.

As such, we provide mental health counseling supports through group and individual counseling, psycho-educational groups, and seminars and workshops dedicated to helping individuals and families relate to one another in more positive and effective ways.
We will collaborate with any and all community partners to achieve these ends for the benefit of the individuals, families, and communities we serve.
A range of services that includes the State Certified Batterer's Intervention Program for those identified as batterers/perpetrators, assessments, victim advocacy, and individual counseling.
These services are designed to help individuals and families eliminate and minimize the risk of ongoing abusive behaviors.

These services are designed to help those who are experiencing stress and frustration with angry thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, which tend to cause problems in relationships, work, school, or community.
Medication-assisted treatment (MAT) is the use of medications, in combination with counseling and behavioral therapies, to provide a "whole-patient" approach to the treatment of substance use disorders.
Medications used in MAT are approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and MAT programs are clinically driven and tailored to meet each patient's needs.
Research shows that a combination of medication and therapy can successfully treat these disorders, and for some people struggling with addiction, MAT can help sustain recovery.
