The men's anger management groups meet on Tuesdays at 6:30 p.m., or Thursdays at 6:30 p.m., or Saturday at 9:00 AM for 3 sessions, or Saturday at 3:00PM for three sessions. We are Prepare/Enrich certified for premarital and marital couples counseling that include individual and couple assessments.

Individual Counseling is very effective and allows the individual to gain insight into the origins of the anger so that deliberate action can be taken to eliminate hurtful anger.
Group Counseling allows a community of individuals to participate and learn from each other's experiences.
Anger Management Group Counseling Classes are open ended so members can start at any time for any session depending on the amount of participants already in the group.
