New Heights Counseling Resources offers individual, couples and family therapy, as well as group counseling. We also provide consultation, team building, and educational services to businesses and community organizations.
Whether your relationship needs a "tune up" or healing from a major issue, our therapists will assist you and your partner to identify strengths in your relationship and use those strengths to make your relationship as strong as it can be. We have therapists to assist with all ages of life starting as young as five through adulthood. Our therapists will meet with you one-on-one to assist with areas of adjustment, struggle, addiction or other mental health concerns.
Our first and primary social interactions take place within our families. Our therapists provide sessions for the entire family to learn more effective communication and interaction patterns.

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).
I provide individual and family therapy for adults, adolescents, and children in an outpatient counseling setting.
I also provide trainings and workshops on topics such as Family Therapy, Stress Management, and Helping People Change.
I received my bachelor of arts degree in psychology with a minor in sociology and my master of arts degree in mental health counseling from the University of Northern Iowa.
My past experience includes work as Outpatient Coordinator and Clinical Manager for Children and Families of Iowa (CFI), Cornerstone Recovery.
