Online classes and workshops are open to all ages and abilities and are accessible from anywhere in the U.S. Check our schedule for in-studio classes. Our therapeutic counseling practice is comprised of a group of highly experienced licensed counselors and Graduate Level Clinicians. We integrate Eastern and Western philosophies, as well as a range of traditional counseling and wellness therapies unique to each individual.

Everyone is invited to attend free classes. Join our community. All ages. Beginners and all levels are welcome. No experience needed. Enjoy fun classes with our experienced and compassionate instructors. Pre-Registration is required to receive your zoom link for online classes OR to reserve one of six spots for In-Studio on Saturdays.

If registering for a child or someone other than yourself; you will receive the confirmation (and Zoom link if applicable) PREFERABLY register creating a profile with that individual's name and an email address.

Experience a variety of teachers and meditation techniques to help clear the mind's chatter and relax your body.
Register ahead 30 minutes before your scheduled class begins and you will receive an email with a unique link to class.
If you're booking within 30 minutes of the start of class, then you'll receive the email within a minute or two.
Yoga has many health benefits, including reducing stress, anxiety, and depression, improving memory loss, imbalance, improving sleep, increasing flexibility, reducing symptoms of menopause, losing weight, lowering blood pressure, reducing the pain of arthritis and back pain, building lean muscle and strength of bones.

New students: Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to talk with the instructor.
Yoga practices include posture and other body movements, breathing, cleansing the body-mind, visualizations and many forms of meditation.
At it's most practical level yoga is a process of becoming more aware of who we are.
Restorative Yoga is a calm style of yoga which releases tension and stress through supportive physical postures, conscious awareness of breath (pranayamas) and meditation to promote a feeling of balance and renewal.
Join Katie for a mindfulness and gentle movement class that will help you slow down, get centered, and discover nervous system regulation tools to help find more ease.
Class starts with time for grounding and centering, then time for gentle yoga and movement to help you connect with your body and deepen the sense of grounding.
Katie then teaches a variety of nervous system regulation tools, such as breathing, self-soothing, and self-compassion exercises, with the intention of discovering techniques you can use in your daily life.
