Please check your insurance provider to see if you are covered for Telehealth. Not everyone has coverage as each plan is different. Individual Counseling for issues such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, trauma, eating disorders, addiction, grief, divorce, etc. Couples, Premarital and Marriage Counseling, and Family Counseling for enhanced communication, emotional connection, and managing conflict.

We focus on Emotional Self Regulation, Communication Skills, Anger Management, and other Solution Focused Strategies. We combine training by Gottman, Sue Johnson's EFT, Imago Therapy as well as additional faith based trainings when requested. Counseling for Children and Teens/Adolescents includes Activity Based, Sandtray, Art and Play Therapy. We are committed to families and always offer parent consults as part of treating kids and teens.

Individual providers have specialities in EMDR, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and additional specialties. Want to see changes in your life?

We approach counseling from a Solution Focused, Cognitive Behavioral, Choice Based philosophy, but still believe that change often occurs best in an experiential manner.
Counseling fees start at $50 a session (45-50 minutes) and increase up to $150 based on experience.
Counselors who accept insurance as in network providers adhere to contracted rates but insurance coverage of sessions is never guaranteed and non covered sessions will be billed at the therapist's published out of network rate.
Michelle is considered an expert in child and adolescent treatment and offers parent consults to assist parents in a thorough treatment plan and finding the right counselor.
My approach is direct, genuine, and based on our profession's best practices backed by nearly 20 years of experience.
I tend to work with high functioning professionals and their families who face difficult life challenges or traumatic changes or need assistance improving their relationship dynamics.
My experience and training also includes working with issues such as depression, anxiety, Substance Use/Chemical Dependency, Eating Disorders, Self Harm, PTSD, Marital Affairs, OCD, Rape, Grief/Loss, Divorce, and childhood physical, emotional, and sexual abuse.
Julie is a Licensed Professional Counselor who provides services to children ages 10 and up, as well as adults.
She primarily uses a Person Centered approach to counseling.
She also emphasizes the use of Solution Focused Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
Faith-based counseling is available.
Julie works with children, adolescents and adults dealing with a variety of issues including, but not limited to: depression, anxiety, suicidal ideation, non-suicidal self-harm, grief, spectrum disorders, divorce/blended family issues, attention deficits, and school refusal.
Heather works with teens (14+) and adults.
She treats individuals struggling with life transitions/changes, low self-esteem, self-harm and/or suicidal thinking, behavioral problems at home and/or at school, anxiety, anger, grief and loss, trauma, social struggles, relationship struggles, family conflict, divorce, and depression.
Her special interests include working with individuals who are struggling with low self-esteem, anger, anxiety, self-harm, depression, and life/relationship challenges; and the population she enjoys most is adolescents and adults in their 20-30s.
