Cutting edge brain research concludes our brains can be re-wired through new experiences.
I use an experiential approach so that you can transform problems into corrective experiences.
Whether you come to me as an individual, couple, or family, I invite you to role-play, draw, or talk about your situation so you gain a sense of what is working, what isn't, and what you would like different.
Collaboratively we work to discover what blocks, sabotages, or hinders you from getting your needs met.
I then help you practice doing things differently in ways that enhance your individual, couple, or family well- being.
