I'm so glad that you have taken the first courageous step in seeking support! As women we do a lot! We are often the heart and soul of our families, and we are often fulfilling more than one role. In many ways we are a support system for the many important people in our lives. But when we experience difficulties with relationships or parenting, life transitions, a major loss or our own mental health challenges, it can feel very isolating.

What if during these moments you could have your own "encourager"- someone in your corner that is a trained professional, understands what you or your family are going through, and can offer support as well as tools to help you through this difficult time? I'm here to help! Finding the right fit is important. Call me at 760-683-9407 to schedule your free 15 minute consultation to discuss your needs.
