I am a mindfulness-based therapists who use CBT, DBT, and Brain-spotting (trauma work) to assist people with identifying and changing repeated mental, emotional, and behavioral patterns. This kind of work results in less anxiety, depression, and disconnection from self and others.

I work with individuals, families, and couples in identifying self-defeating patterns, increasing awareness around how those patterns keep an individual and family system stuck, and developing skills needed to create healthy and satisfying relationships with experiences and people.I celebrate your choice in beginning this exciting personal journey of self-discovery and healing.

I strive to meet every client where they are, in the moment, and collaborate with each individual and/or system to illicit and support the change that is desired. If you are looking for extra support and guidance through a challenging current life situation or just ready to move toward a new direction in your life, I look forward to working with you to achieve your goals.
