Woods Counseling and Therapy Services is a long standing practice that seeks to provide quality individual, couples and family therapeutic counseling to consumers across the lifespan. Mr. Woods provides individual and family therapeutic counseling to older children, adolescents and adults, as well as couples. Mr. Woods believes that each person has GOD-given value regardless of their race, gender, age or religion.

The practice seeks to provide consistent, ethical, quality of care to each person, couple and family. The practice also provides Faith-based counseling from a Christian foundation honoring biblical principles. Each person is unique. No one's life experience or situation is identical to another. It's the aim of this practice to respect each person's unique life experience and consistently work to discover solutions for problem situations.

Services
Mr. Woods provides individual and family therapeutic counseling to children (12 and older), adolescents and adults, as well as couples.
Whether you're having difficulties on the job, feel disconnected from others (or your spouse), or your family is stuck in conflict, Mr. Woods will work with you to develop strategies that may help you get "unstuck".
A different therapeutic approach may be required for each life challenge.
Mr. Woods doesn't seek to use a "cookie-cutter" approach, but endeavors to work with his clients to coordinate a therapeutic plan that would benefit them individually (or as couple or family).
For client who do have insurance that covers services provided by this office, copays are usually part of the overall fee.
Copays are payable when services are provided.
For clients who do not have insurance, or do not wish to use their insurance, a $70.00 per hour fee per session is charged.
Fees can be paid via cash, check, MasterCard, Visa, or debit card.
Take the Capital Beltway to Exit 11A.
Drive South through two lights (Murray's Steaks on the right of first light, Rt. 223 Suitland Parkway on the right of the second light).
As you approach the third light, veer right off of Pennsylvania Ave. on to Marlboro Pike.
Drive through Dunkirk on Rt. 4 North.
Approx.
14 miles NORTH of Dunkirk take the Woodyard Rd/Mellwood Rd. Rt.
223) exit (the exit AFTER the Richie-Marlboro Rd. exit).
At the stop-sign, turn left.
Drive to the FIRST light.
At the light, make an immediate right on to Marlboro Pike.
