As you come to our office for your appointment please go directly to your therapist's office or the waiting area near your therapist's office. If you are a new patient, please fill out a Client Information form in the waiting room just inside the front door and your therapist will be with you. Our secretaries and billing staff will only be available by phone at this time.

We will call you for a phone appointment and instructions for video appointments are below. Your therapist will be notified you are there and you will be placed in a virtual waiting room.
