At E3 Counseling Services, we believe there is power found in encouragement, enrichment, and empowerment. We currently see children age 3+, adolescents, individual adults, and couples and families. We enjoy working with people of all ages and demographics. Because of how easily our counselors are able to establish a strong connection with clients of all ages, we also work well as family counselors.
We are so happy to be established in our hometown of Troy, MO, and now have an office in Lake St. Louis as well. All of our staff genuinely loves people, and has experience with a wide range of challenging circumstances. We have counselors who work with trauma, addiction, kids, moms and moms-to-be, and several of our counselors have special certifications to work with other issues as well.
Regardless of your story, and where you are in your journey, we will meet you where you are, without judgement, and we truly enjoy watching our clients making progress, and relationships being restored!

Services
E3 Counseling Services was launched in 2018 by Tricia Pyatt, LPC, a Troy, Missouri native.
We have since grown and added another counselor, Alex Hass, PLPC who is excited to also be in her hometown of Troy.
We have also expanded and opened a second office, which is in Lake St. Louis, where we currently have three counselors on staff - Dez Rogers, Rachelle Weger, and Kristin Bemis.
Our practice sees a variety of clients with a wide spectrum of issues, and we accept many insurance plans.
Give us a call to find out which counselor is the best fit for you.

Family therapy can be a critical component of bringing families closer together.
These sessions may involve all members of a family, or just a few at a time.
Sessions are used to improve communication skills and work through any issues that are affecting the family as a whole.
Being with someone you care about can be meaningful and comfortable, but can also be extremely difficult and challenging at times.
Couples therapy can be a great tool to help couples learn how to effectively communicate, and can be just what they need to bring that spark back, and learn how to trust again.

Hi, my name is Tricia Pyatt, and I was born and raised in Troy, MO!
I graduated from Troy Buchanan High School in 1998, and shortly after, I got married and we started a family.
I have always known I wanted to help people in some way, but after experiencing infertility and several pregnancy losses, I recognized my calling to become a counselor.
I worked diligently on obtaining my Masters degree in Counseling while working a full time job, and still being there for my husband and two young kids.

Hi, my name is Alex Hass.
I grew up in Troy, MO and graduated from Troy Buchanan High School in 2014.
After graduating, I got a degree from Missouri State University in Psychology and Gerontology.
After seeing the need for mental health services in Missouri communities, I decided to pursue my Master's in Mental Health Counseling.
I have always had a passion for advocating for mental health.
I know that life can throw us curveballs and sometimes we need another traveler to help us through that difficult time.

Maya Angelou said it best: "When we give cheerfully and accept gratefully, everyone is blessed."
When I recognized that I was feeling a drive and desire to help others, I knew I had to act on it.
I knew early on in life that I was put on this earth to help others - and when I say "others", I mean anyone I was meant to cross paths with.
To bless others means this for me: "let me help you help yourself."
In a world full of pure madness, I can be that beacon of light needed to find the path to your individual happiness.
