Celebrating Wonderfulness Women's Groups in Galveston, TX are group counseling sessions designed for women only who are in coupled relationships.
These groups are designed for you to gain support from others while being able to talk openly about situations and find solutions to similar situations other women are experiencing.
Our main goal is to help you gain knowledge about being "happy in your relationship", to express your needs and to stop the mindless cycles while becoming intentional in your emotions.
A group experience is to be rewarding and enjoyed!
The group experience is for you to realize you are not alone!
The group experience is for others to share similar challenges to help you, and for you to help them.
And, a place to be heard!
Whether you are experiencing anxiety and difficulty communicating, depression and sadness, triggers of anger, or joy and gladness of an improved relationship, this is your "space".
The best way to learn solutions to these challenges is by talking openly about what is really working for you and what is upsetting you in your relationship with others to gain insight and awareness.
Introducing a new group for couples with their spouses and committed partners.
Recognizing the "right" and "wrong" ways of doing things in your relationship and trying to convince your partner your ways are correct is competition, not an alliance.
This group helps couples reach the combined ways utilizing both ways, a third way.
The focus of the group is to find how to ally with your partner, utilizing the opposite perspectives you each carry, and have their and your best interests at heart.
