The Christian Counseling and Family Life Center is a nonprofit organization that provides a professional, compassionate, and peaceful environment to meet the emotional, spiritual, and mental health needs of individuals, couples, and families to overcome crises and to achieve their fullest potential. The Christian Counseling Center is a non-profit, non-denominational mental health agency that provides a high level of professional psychotherapy and medication management to individuals of all socio-economic means.
Services
In recognition of a growing need for counseling services in our community and surrounding area, parishioners from a local church gathered to address how to implement this outreach.
After five years, ecumenical input and counsel from the Diocese, a board of directors was created and in 1982, the mission began.
By 1990, it was apparent that this fast growing mission was expanding.
The Center raised the capital funds to build a space that could serve more people in need.
Our uniqueness lies primarily in our ability to provide services to individuals, couples, and families with a wide range of mental health needs.

Jill Bennett is a licensed clinical social worker who is dedicated to enhancing client quality of life through assessments, treatment planning, and clinical interventions.
She is an active member of the National Association of Social Workers and holds a Masters Degree from Southern Connecticut State University.
Kathy Graziano is a graduate of Fairfield University with degrees in Nursing and Marriage and Family Therapy, and a graduate of D'Yonville College.
Ms. Graziano is an accomplished advanced practice nurse, including psychiatric clinical nurse specialist, is Board Certified and a Family Psychiatric and Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, in addition to a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.
She is an active member of the National Association of Social Workers and holds a Masters Degree from Southern Connecticut State University.
