Services
A parent or guardian is required to be present at the appointment of any minor patient (less than 18 years of age).
Request to specifically speak with a representative regarding your "Mental Health benefits."
Verify your visits and services will be covered by your plan (i.e. if seeking couples/family counseling, verify that it is a covered service).
If you're using an Employee Assistance Program, please be sure to provide us with the authorization number.
You should receive an invitation to create your account after you schedule your first appointment.

When you schedule an appointment, we set your appointment time aside specifically for you.
If you fail to cancel your appointment less than 24 hours in advance that is considered a No Show/Late Cancellation.
If you don't cancel your appointment in a timely manner, it prevents another client from being seen.
It depends on the severity of the weather.
If we feel that the roads could endanger the safety of our clients or staff we will close the office.
We will notify you by phone or email if we close the office.
