I have over 20 years experience working as a therapist, providing counseling to individuals, couples and groups. I believe in a strength-based approach to therapy and in providing skills that can be used every day. There are many factors that affect an individual's well-being.

By looking at a person's past and present experiences and how this affects their emotional, cognitive, psychological, social, and physical well-being, I help identify, challenge, and change negative or self-defeating beliefs and attitudes that can create or worsen feelings such as depression, anxiety, fear, panic, or anger.People use therapy for many different reasons.

Sometimes it is for help with psychological or mood problems such as anxiety or depression. Sometimes it is for help in making a change, such as living a healthier lifestyle or becoming more effective at communicating in relationships. Sometimes an unexpected change throws us into a difficult situation, such as divorce or a work transition. Many people seek out therapy as a space for personal growth and value the support and honest feedback of a therapist.
