Chad Clements holds a Master of Arts Degree in Biblical Counseling (MABC) and a Master of Arts Degree in Christian Education (MACE). He has been in practice working in behavioral health for over 20 years. He has held positions such as correctional officer, family educator, clinical coordinator, performance improvement director, operations administrator, and counselor for Dallas County DIVERT Court.

We offer a secure, HIPPA-compliant client portal where clients fill out initial paperwork, schedule appointments, choose to have text or email reminders about upcoming sessions, or journal. Please Note: Not all therapeutic services are reimbursable; it is your responsibility to verify the specifics of your coverage. Cancellations: An advance notice of 24 hours is required for cancellations or to reschedule your appointment.

Regardless of insurance coverage the cancellation fee is $165.00.

TELE-MENTAL HEALTH SESSIONS: In the event that your session is scheduled to be Tele-mental Health, our software is HIPAA compliant and can be accessed via mobile phone, tablet, desktop or laptop.
When completing the Telehealth Consent Form: You will be required to provide two nearby hospitals and their corresponding phone number.
Telehealth is the use of video and/or audio technologies to support long-distance services between providers and their clients.
There is no app to download.
Shut down all background applications to ensure Telehealth receives the majority of your internet's bandwidth, especially applications that use your camera.
