Jay Adams is a graduate of Valparaiso University where he earned a Bachelor's Degree (B.A.) in Psychology and Criminology, Master's Degree in Clinical and Mental Counseling (CMHC), and an Education Specialist Degree (EDS) with an emphasis in school counseling. Jay Adams has over ten years of experience working in the mental health field as a therapist and caseworker.

He has over five years experience working in elementary, middle, and high schools as a school counselor and attendance officer. Just Do It Counseling will improve the psychological, behavioral, and emotional functioning of children, adolescents, and adults through different types of therapeutic services.
Just Do It Counseling will help galvanize clients to improve their overall well-being and to help them function appropriately in their home and social-environment. Just Do It Counseling is contracted through the Department of Child Services (DCS) in Indiana and can accept referrals from DCS and/or the JD/JS system in Elkhart, Lake, Laporte, and Porter counties.
