Alternatives Counseling has been providing counseling, therapy, and evaluation services to individuals, groups and families throughout Southern Illinois since 1991. We have service locations in Glen Carbon and Alton. Our skilled professional therapists know that every person has value and strengths, no matter what personal challenges they are facing.

Our highly trained and qualified evaluators provide specialized evaluations for issues of sexual or physical abuse perpetration or victimization, trauma, domestic violence, registry removal.
Each evaluation concludes with a formal written report. Alternatives Counseling provides opportunities for graduate student practicum in conjunction with local universities.
