Welcome to my inclusive and compassion focused counseling and consultation private practice. I offer a research and evidence-based approach to increase feelings of trust, good will and connection. In our work together, I consider and honor differences in how each person thinks and feels. My goal is to meet you where you are with whatever style suits you best during our sessions.

Life does not always go where we expect it to - disappointments, losses and transitions do happen. I offer an artful blend of compassion and insight with sound science as our base. Let's tap into your inner wisdom and together, forge a path forward. This path can include laughter, joy and feeling at home in who you are despite the challenges you are facing.

There is no one right way to communicate, the key is understanding what makes us tick and then learning how to connect effectively. Adults consult with me for help making sense of their relationships with friends, partners and family. Managing stress, anxiety, self-doubt and sadness are also issues we can work on together.

I have helped many couples rediscover their love and connection for each other.
Together, we work through issues such as mistrust, issues surrounding an affair, intimacy, communication differences, differences in how we grew up, parenting and family struggles.

As a parent, I have experienced these emotions.
As a therapist, I have worked with many new parents who need help adjusting their new role(s).
Together, we can work to foster self-compassion, open communication and access new perspectives.
We'll look at the entire picture to discover how you can find the right balance as a new parent.
