Counseling is a collaborative effort between the counselor and client. I offer a safe, compassionate, non-non-judgmental environment where you are able to express your concerns, identify and face your struggles, and develop effective techniques and strategies to manage your life's obstacles. My goal is on helping you understand and work through your difficulties such as anxiety, depression, grief, life skills, parenting, or what ever your stressors may be.
