Professional Wellness Counseling

First, looking for a counselor sucks. It's so hard finding someone who you want to work with. There a million therapist profiles and websites, many of which stink and all seem to say the same things. And sometimes you just think why even bother? But I don't want you to spend one minute more here than you want if we aren't a match for each other. I have tried to make it simpler for you to determine that.

As difficult as these challenges are, and as distant as recovery may seem, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) has proven effective for issues like these and a multitude of others.
As an article published in the journal Cognitive Therapy and Research says: "The evidence-base of CBT is very strong."
