Helm Counseling provides Drug Free Workplace Training for both DOT and non-DOT agencies mandated for yearly training.
It not only affects a multitude of areas: relationships, self esteem, legal issues, health and other areas.
For that reason, it may be difficult to take the first step.

An initial appointment may take approximately 75-90 minutes in order to complete paperwork.
If you prefer to complete your paperwork before your appointment, please call the office.
Counseling sessions typically last 45-50 minutes.
Therapy sessions are scheduled by making an appointment.
Payment for substance abuse evaluations must be made at the time of the scheduled appointment.
Information is not released until the evaluation is deemed paid in full.
