It is such a privilege to be with a person, hear some of their story or their injustices or recent hurts, sit in the muck with them, and find the path out of there together. We all have a story, and a few chapters we would like to rip out. When I'm not working, I'm hanging out with my hubby and our two rescue dogs, Macey and Millie. We have four (grown) kids between us, and two awesome grandsons.
I love being around water.traveling, getting sand under my feet, and sun on my face. Life is meant to be lived and enjoyed! I implement effective psychotherapy methods to instill self-awareness and growth among clients and encourage them to embrace new attitudes and feelings towards life situations.
