It only takes a phone call to get help. This can be made by the client, a family member, a friend, service provider, physician or correctional agent. We strive to make the process of getting help client friendly! We are a substance use disorder (SUD), nonresidential dual diagnose treatment program located in Willmar, MN. We provide continuing care after care for ages 13-18 that can be completed within 4 to 6 months.
Providing substance use disorder treatment to women, men, older adults and adolescents ages 13 and up with a person-centered approach. Divine Hope Counseling is an Outpatient Substance Use Disorder Treatment Program which provides counseling to women and men from ages 18 and older at our facility.
We provide Primary treatment 3 to 4 days a week with 3-4 hour each session for a total of 70 hours; Continuing Care Treatment 1-3 days a week with 3 to 4 hours each session for a total of 80 hours; Adolescent treatment for age 12 to 18 at our facility.

Jeanine is the clinical director, women's counselor and a licensed alcohol and drug counselor-LADC, of Divine Hope Counseling.
As a clinical director, she is able to offer various kinds of therapy instructions that address the complexities of addiction treatment and recovery, provide necessary supervision and administration to employees, initiate and formulate treatment planning and discharge planning which assist clients in recognizing and assisting them through emotional/behavioral/cognitive conditions and complications of addiction.

The Spanish Speaking SUD sessions incorporate SUD assessments, Rule 25 Assessments, Treatment Plan, assignments provided in Spanish and English, individual and group sessions.
These services are received with an interpreter.
