D., LMHC, is an independent, general mental health counseling practice located at 1087 Warwick Ave Rear, Warwick, RI. We are a multi-disciplinary mental health practice offering individual, family and group therapy, to adults, children, adolescents, and families.
Our staff also regularly offers seminars and trainings related to parenting, ADD/ADHD, Reactive Attachment Disorder and Adolescent issues (including Suicide/Risk Assessment) to professional, educational, and parenting groups.
