Pathways Counseling and Wellness offers all sessions through a telehealth model. I use a secure, HIPAA-compliant online platform to provide all therapy services remotely, through video. You can access the therapy that you want and need, from the safety and comfort of your own home (within Washington State or Oregon). Working with kids, teens, and young adults on addressing and overcoming challenges related to, and thriving with, ADHD.

Working with kids, teens, and young adults at overcoming social anxieties and challenges in understanding social cues, expectations, and interactions. Working with kids, teens, and young adults experiencing gender dysphoria and other internal or external struggles related to gender identity and sexuality. Working with families on decreasing conflict, and increasing connection, cohesion, and healthy communication skills, to feel better together.

All therapy services begin with an intake/assessment session. During the intake, we assess your wants and needs and create a basic framework of the type of therapy that will suit you best.
Services
I focus on providing therapy services (individual, family, and group) for ADHD, anxiety, gender and identity struggles, social interaction difficulties, depression, behavioral challenges, and issues regarding adjustment to life changes.
I work with children (ages 3+), adolescents, and adults.
People do not exist in a vacuum; when ever possible and appropriate I encourage involving members of my client's support network (family or otherwise) in the therapy process to facilitate meaningful and long-lasting change.
Therapy with younger children (3+): I provide a safe, nurturing space for children to develop skills for identifying, expressing, and managing big emotions.
When working with younger children, parents play a very important role.
Often, a combination of family therapy sessions with and without child is recommended, to provide space for parents to learn and practice skills and strategies to use with their young child.
Therapy with older children and teens: With these clients, I often find the focus to be on helping them build self-esteem, develop frustration tolerance skills, effective communication skills, sharpen decision-making skills, and process stressors.
Pathways Counseling and Wellness is an Out-Of-Network Provider for all other insurance companies.
As an out-of-network provider, I do not bill insurance companies I am not contracted with directly.
If you choose to see me as an out-of-network provider, you will pay me directly for therapy services, and I will provide superbills for you if you would like, so you can seek some reimbursement from your insurance company if that is something your company provides.
Therapy services may be eligible for reimbursement through your out-of-network benefits, medical spending or health care savings accounts.
