Services
If you have been experiencing anxiety or depression, the thought of reaching out for help and scheduling a counseling appointment can feel scary and intimidating or you may not have the energy to simply pick up the phone and make the call.
These are very normal feelings and experiences, you are not alone.
I have been a practicing therapist for over 10 years and continue to grow and love the work that I do, I believe the therapeutic relationship and what happens in the therapy session to be honored and sacred.
I graduated with my Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology from California Baptist University and have spent my clinical experience working in a community based agency working with foster youth and adoptive families, school based settings and a church based setting.
I am currently working in a private practice setting and look forward to providing services and helping families in the community of Corona and surrounding cities. Contact me today and let's see if we are a good fit to work together.
When not addressed or processed, grief can leave a person feeling alone, angry, depressed and stuck.
Are you grieving and have never been able to talk about it?
Are you experiencing intense pain, a subtle sadness that doesn't go away, conflict in your relationships, and anger for no reason?
Untreated grief can impact every aspect of our lives.
Are you ready to start your journey of grief?
Even if you don't think you are or are terrified of the thought of it, contact me or call me 951-520-3854 and let's talk about it.
Emotional or Psychological Trauma by definition is a stressful event in which a person experiences a life threatening act that can be physical in nature or an emotional and psychological threat.
It is important to know that the event itself is not what causes emotional or psychological trauma, but how the event leaves the person feeling or the experience of the event.
Has something occurred in your life that has left you feeling crippled and helpless?
Is everything you know not so normal anymore?
I do offer limited reduced rate fees for those in financial need, give me a call and we can discuss your situation and I will see if there are available spaces.
At this time I do not take insurance, however; I can provide you a "superbill" (upon request, at the end of the month) that you would submit to your insurance company for reimbursement for services from an "out of network" provider.
There are many health insurance companies and employee benefits that cover full or part of the fee for therapy services.
